We want you to love your Rich Harmony items. If you have an issue you can return the item for store credit within 15 days of purchase. Store credit will never expire. We do not offer refunds. Once an order is placed, we do not allow cancellation or changes.

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return, credit or exchange.

Items purchased during a sale are eligible for exchange of size, if size is available. If not available, they are non-returnable. Orders placed during a sale are final and cannot be cancelled or returned for credit.

How to return…

  1. Submit a return request by emailing info@richharmony.com within 5 days of receipt. This time starts once tracking shows the item delivered to you.
  2. You will receive an email from our team within 2-3 business days.
  3. Please include your order number, reason for return, photos of reason if sizing, damage etc and preferable method of return for the item. We can send you a label or you can ship the item back with tracking. The return shipping charges are the customers responsibility.
  4. Once you ship your order to us, please allow up to 5 business days for our staff to process it.
  5. You will receive an email with your store credit code once we have reviewed the item.
  6. You can use your store credit code at checkout on your next purchase.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.

Please be mindful of any marks on the item that may have occurred during your possession of the item. A 15% restocking fee may apply based on the condition of the item returned.

We do not offer price adjustments for any reason.

Shipping charges are not included in the store credit amount and are not refundable.

What if something is wrong with my order?

Please contact us directly if something is wrong with your order! You can either contact us directly through the CONTACT US tab or by email at info@richharmony.com.

How do I use my gift card or store credit?

Gift cards and store credit can be used and entered at checkout. You will just want to enter the gift card number in the Discount Code box before submitting your order.

How do I use Afterpay and how does it work?

When checking out, the AfterPay option can be selected on the payment page. There is a box below the credit card information box where you can select the AfterPay option.  AfterPay gives you the option to pay for your order in 4 equal, interest free payments, instead of all at once.
